Living on the next level!

Located at the corner of Burg- and Eichwaldstraße, B-UP! impresses with both a quiet and urban location. With its appealing modern facade, the high-quality renovated and partially new-built ensemble fits perfectly into its urban context. And it offers real highlights.

Three clearly differentiated living concepts form the heart of the quarter: Smart as fully furnished 1- or 2-room apartments for flexible living with short minimum tenancy, Classic as unfurnished 2- to 4-room apartments for long-term living, and Skyliner as exclusive penthouse with direct view of the Frankfurt skyline.

The ensemble’s crowning highlight is the public Skyline Deck on the roof — a landscaped roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, cosy seating areas and a panorama of the banking district. The underground car park offers 67 parking spaces, ten with EV charging, plus 221 bicycle spaces (168 as double parkers). On-site, a community manager handles parcels, service bookings and day-to-day life on site — optionally complemented by cleaning help, laundry service and other conveniences, all bookable via the B-UP app.

Living in Frankfurt am Main

As one of Germany’s most exciting major cities, Frankfurt am Main presents itself as cosmopolitan as hardly any other — seat of the European Central Bank, the German Bundesbank and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, an important industry, service and trade-fair centre, a European transport hub, home to seven universities and an impressive cultural scene with high-calibre theatres, concert halls and museums. On the edge of the Taunus and the banks of the Main, the financial metropolis owes its worldwide reputation not least to its famous and growing skyline. Yet beyond the banking district, Frankfurt often still unfolds a village-like charm — whether traditional apple-wine tavern or exclusive cocktail bar, its nightlife is full of fascinating contrasts. By day, sights like Römerberg, the town hall and the cathedral attract visitors from around the world.

Bornheim — Frankfurt’s most popular district — ranks very high among Frankfurt residents. The district impresses with a special mix of tranquillity and urbanity. Life here is relaxed — with the best connections to the metropolis and its unique feeling. Bornheim also has real sights to offer: the baroque town hall, the Johanniskirche with its onion tower and its half-timbered houses. With many restaurants, bars and apple-wine taverns, it’s also a magnet for party-loving people of all ages.
