Our studios vary between compact 28 and spacious 48 square meters. If you want a separate bedroom, our 2-room-apartments are just right for you. They offer sizes between 37 and 48 square meters.

All studios and apartments impress with practical details and smart floor plans and are places to really feel at home and relax.

We present 40 high-quality furnished studios and 30 same high-quality furnished 2-room apartments with unique living-quality for temporary use. They offer a modern built-in kitchen and complete design furniture and fittings by BelForm:

An Italian designer bed paired with a high comfort 7-zone foam mattress produced in Germany, a locally custom-made wardrobe, a real wood table with black steel frame and matching varnished chairs, a 42-inch Smart-TV, a sideboard, a washer-dryer, and a coat rack. Other elements such as design light-fittings, a carpet, pictures, mirror, and custom-made curtains complete the harmonious living arrangement.

Move in without any hassle with our B-UP! starter package: You don’t want to spend time buying your own kitchenware, bedding and towels? Our rental package will be perfect for you! For an additional 50€ a month, you can rent everything you need for your time in B-UP!

But the all-inclusive approach is what you can expect for all furnished apartments and studios in B-UP! The furnishing and additional costs are already included as a flat-rate in the warm rent. You can choose any electricity provider for your studio or apartment and our quarters manager will be happy to help with registration and change of registration.

Accepting packages, coordination of laundry services, booking our outdoor kitchen on the roof terrace or other services: Our community manager will help you with those small daily tasks and save you time to enjoy the good things in life. Maybe drink a glass of wine on our one and only B-UP!-Skyline deck.

With your apartment you can also book a cleaning service. All offered services can also be booked through a renter app and are expected to grow. We hope to enrich your living experience in our apartment complex with digital and personal service.
